What studies found
In INTerpath-001 (1,137 patients with resected high-risk melanoma), intismeran plus pembrolizumab lowered recurrence and distant spread versus pembrolizumab alone; reported at ESMO 2026 as about a 42% lower risk of recurrence or death.
The catch
Survival data are not yet mature, it is proven only in melanoma, and it awaits regulatory review.
