What the evidence shows
A WHO-commissioned review of 63 studies from 1994 to 2022 found no rise in brain cancer with mobile phone use, including long-term users. Radio waves remain classed as possibly carcinogenic from a 2011 review that is due for re-evaluation.
What to do
No need to change how you use your phone for cancer reasons.
